Getting frustrated, it "sometimes" turns over but does not stay running at all, now it won't turn over, not getting fuel to injectors, help?!

Its not turning over? as in the starter is not spinning?
First things first, ensure the stop cable is not pulled, open the bleed screw and pump the hand primer till all the air is gone, close the bleed screw.
Get a GOOD fresh battery, it should crank quite quickly. Ensure your right lever is not engaged. Pull it to the left and let it spring back.
Is there smoke? is it white? Check your glow plugs, if they are bad, it will have a very hard time starting. You can jump power to the plugs, run for say 30 seconds then crank, see if it starts, you can keep them glowing till it has started, but don't leave them running for too long, no more than say 60 seconds or they can burn out.
Just somewhere to start.

It is turning over, but its just not firing. I have fuel that goes up to a round piece on the side of the engine, not sure if that if thats the fuel pump. I unscrewed the lines to the injectors and had the wife try and start it and theres no fuel coming out.

Ok, the round thing on the side of the engine is the lift pump. Remove the hose from the injector pump and see if fuel comes out when you squeeze the primer bulb. If it doesn't, your lift pump is clogged up. I'd start here. No smoke means there is no fuel getting to your injectors.
Make sure the arm on the side of the engine, just under the injector pump isn't in the stop position. This cuts off all fuel to the injectors.
