743 B steering problem-right side forward only

I have a 743 B Bobcat. When I push the right steer stick forward the machine goes straight instead of turning. Everything else seems to work just fine. What could cause this ? I have the service manual and checked the replenishing valves thinking that may be the problem but they all look the same and I can not detect any damage. I don't want to take it to the dealer and spend a pile of money if I can avoid it. If you can help with this I would really appreciate it.

when you move the right stick fwd and don't touch the left one, does the left one move fwd?
