743 B slow arm lift

Please help my 743 bucket tilt works fine but the arms lift very slow tks

The first place I'd check is that the pedal bushing is good and then adjust the pedal linkage. If the adjustment is out the pedal hits the floor before it moves the spool fully.

Also check your aux hydraulics are not on, wiggle the right steering stick.
