Hello everyone, I have 92' 742b bobcat its having a problem with the left control lever. When I turn the machine on its starts off with no problems, after abit of use, the left control lever has no pressure it goes back an forth with no resistance and does not turn or move the machine forward or back. The right side works fine. It has a 4cylinder Mitsubishi gas motor. Any thoughts?

The first thing to do is clean or replace the case drain filter, it should affect both sides but the left side motor maybe weaker.

If that doesn't help then try swapping the drive motors from one side to the other. If the problem follows the motor to the other side then the motor needs rebuilt or replaced. If the problem stays on the left side after swapping motors then the hydrostatic pump is the problem(big $$$$).
