Also running a hotwire to the coil allows electric to back feed so you can turn the starter using the key since power is back fed. Although the starter can be jumped at the solenoid but since the electric is back fed you can just use the key. I was/am trying to find out if there may be another fused line between the solenoid and the fuses in front before I go the trouble of lifting the cage and trying to find out if there is a bad wire. The confusing part is why when I beck feed it the starter will engage with the key which tells me there is/should be no problem between the ignition switch and the solenoid. But the only thing between the solenoid and the battery is the battery positive. To say I'm getting confused is putting it mild.</p></blockquote><p></p>
