Can not get Bobcat 742 with ford engine to start. Turn key to Start position and nothing. Jump the solenoid and gag with ether and it will start but soon as I remove the screwdrivers she dies. Looked all over for a wiring diagram for this unit but all dead links online. I am working on this for a friend so I don't really want to buy a manual. Have checked the ignition switch at the dealer and he says it's good. It seems to me to be a bad ground or something because the ignition switch does nothing yet I can turn on the lights and all work. Pretty handy with a meter if anyone has a wiring diagram for this unit. Tried to search this topic on the site but had no luck. Thanks in advance for any help anyone may have.

The left fuse on the overhead panel gets hit w/ the lap bar. It powers everything. Replace it/ be sure it is making a good connection.

Makes sense my friend told me he had to replace a fuse and when he was moving around the wires behind the upper panel he got it to fire once. I will give it a shot. maybe there is a corroded connection.
