741 pedals are reversed

I just picked up a 741 and the pedals are reversed. Push with your toe and the bucket lifts up , push with your heel and it goes down. Any have any ideas?

The hoses may have been reversed. Sometimes people reverse hoses by accident when doing maintenance.
