643 Radiator leaks

Well, looks like we lost the radiator last night. From what I can tell, the muffler needs to be unbolted and the hydraulic cooler lines broken to lift out the radiator. So what happens to the hydraulic system when I brake the 2 lines out to remove the entire assemby? I assume i will get air in the system, and it will work its way out on startup and use of the machine???

Yes the air will work its way out. Just drive it around a little at half throttle lifting, lowering and tilting the bucket. Don't hit the limits of bucket travel or you'll cause cavitation. Then let it sit a couple of hours to let the air settle out of the oil in the tank and repeat until it sounds and works normal.
