i have a bobcat 64s thats the lift arms creep down when raised in the air its the same weather or not its loaded or empty no leaking lines and full of fluid does anyone have any suggestions?

The most common cause of ram internal leakage is the piston seal. Its bolted to the ram rod, when it leaks, it allows the arms to fall on its own.
Another cause is load checks in your control block, but check or replace the ram seals first, they are the most common place for them to leak.
How fast do the arms fall? a few inches per hour is normal.

I had an "o" ring in the main relief valve split that let the lift arms sink , it got worse with time. New oring had it holding up for hours !
