I have a 642b mitsu motor and i always had to run with the choke 3/4 open. one day it wouldnt start so i checked everything over and cleaned out the carb ( mikuni) and finally found a bad power wire for the fuel shutoff solenoid, i repaired that but i still dont seem to be getting any fuel in the motor. i can dump it down the carb and it runs great, i get it pumping very well to the carb and i hear a very noticable click from the solenoid. i also had the solenoid off and watched the plunger mover very well. i have searched all over the web with no luck to find a parts breakdown off the carb. the only thing i can think of is that i assembled something wrong in the carb. any help would be great or a picture of the carb breakdown.

check your vacuum advance to make sure it is not leaking 1st, just unhook the hose and plug it and u will be able to tell.

Should be the same as a 742 with a Mitsubishi motor. I uploaded the 742 Mitsubishi engine service manual here http://www.mediafire.com/file/toulmtwomzn/engine_service_mitsubishi.pdf
Thanks for the info ill be working on it right away.
