642B 4G32 flywheel torque spec?

Have a 4G32 that I replaced the ring gear on. I need the flywheel torque spec and weather it asks for locktite? Thanks. I could use a good service manual. The one I bought was at best an operators manual.

In addition to the flywheel I need the torque for the 6 bolts that hold the fan/universal assembly to the flywheel.

Attached is a photo of the " bobcat Loader Technical Service Guide" for the 642B.

I have found typos in this guide. So if the numbers do not seem correct double check with another source.
