642 boggs and dies with hydraulic load or turnning sharp

It lives again! I checked and reset the points again, but still died after about 30 seconds of just sitting there. I pulled a plug wire right away and turned it over and it was a orange spark. didn't look to good. pulled the coil boot off and oil came out. Put on a new coil, turned it over and it fired right up. warmed it for 5 min. then took it for a test. I runs better that the day I bought it. I can put heavy load on the system, turn on a dime hard and there is no bog at all. You guys are great. Thanks Antfarmer2, Jerry, reaperman, tom, tazza

Thanks for letting the forum know the final outcome. It's mostly guessing and dumb luck from a great distance away so it's good to know when it helps.
