I replaced the vane pump and have run the machine with the clear plastic line going from the port block temp. senser opening to the tank as instructed by Bob Cat tand put machine up an blocks so that I can run the wheels forward and back at top speed per Bob cat they asid to run it that way for about 5 to 10 minutes which I did and the drive system did clear up but the lift and tilt cylenders still have air in them I have operated them back and forth trying to get the air out some is comming out but I have run the machine for several hours and still have a lot of air in the cylinders how can I get it out with out loosing much fluid??

Was there air in the system before the change of pump?
I run the machine a bit then stop for a while to let it settle out.
I'm wondering if there could be a plugged suction line filter that is your problem. On older models there is a square block on the pump, the middle fitting has a filter inside it. Hopefully it's that simple.
The air should not hang around too long if you just changed the pump. If the machine was bone dry then yes, but not a simple pump change.
