Not using the gussets will lead to early failure at the neck due to vibration. Wire feed works best for me or you need to be a much better 'stick' man then myself. I'm not familiar with a 630 but on a 610 the muffler sits horizontal with the outlet pointed out the back.</p></blockquote><p></p>
