Hello! My 610 does not move, I noticed the belt is sliping, seems like something is wrong with the front adjusting pulley, anyone know where to buy parts for that pulley? I noticed pieces of metal loose at the spring. My 610 have a new belt. Thank you!

Seems like the bushings on the three bolts that holds the front adjustable pulley are worn out, I need to replace those bushings and while at it, will replace the spring too. Any one knows where to buy those items? The front pulley seems to be off from the other pulley, is not aligned, any one know how to align this pulley? I bought this 610 no too long ago and it was working very well until now, it works fine for about 10 min. then it is hard to move, forward/reverse, noticed the belt slipping, adjusted thye spring but it worked fine for some time, then the same problem. By the way, replaced the contact points/condenser for electronic ignition, works very well, cost around $60.00. Thank's again!

I think parts are still available from the dealer, but at a cost....
It depends on how bad the wear is, a machine shop may be able to help?

Thanks for your reply. I went to a Bobcat dealer and the parts guy almost laughted at me, he told me that they already threw all the parts for the 610 away. At this time, money is not an issue, I bought this 610 for $720.00 and was prepared to spend $2000.00 on it. I was told that engine was bad. The person who did the last tune-up did not set the contact points right, after I adjusted the points, it fired right away! I replaced the points and condenser for a electronic ignition ($60.00) hope this system last as advertised. It was working perfect till a couple of days ago. It runs great but after a few minutes of use, it will hardly move. I will try a different dealer. Thank's again.

See if a machine shop will look at it too, they may be a cheaper option on it.
Hopefully you'll find something. Sadly, i believe if a dealer has parts, they will be rather expensive

Don't be afraid to call a few dealers, there are still quite a few 610's around.
The cvt transmissions are fairly fussy on the belt running true, shafts and pulleys must be parallel with each other. Center to center distance must be correct. If its slipping the pulleys must not be tennsioning the belt correctly. Usually misalingment just results in worn or blown belts. My experience comes from the snowmobile and atv use of them but the priciple is the same. If all else fails Hoffco Comet manufactures this style of transmission and may have a model that could be retrofit.

Will try other vendors, thank you. I just noticed that when I push the speed level, it makes a funny noise, that might be part of the problem, I'm thinking that the control valve might be bad and may not be sending enought pressure to the adjusting pulley. Can this valve be repaired or it need to be replaced? Please let me know where to buy o-rings, seals etc. Thank you!
