610 back hoe attachment

i have a backhoe for my 610 that needs a rebuild. i have a lathe and a mill. the question is how doen one repair the oversize holes in the various parts. how do you bore and sleve something that is too big to get on the mill

To repair worn out pin bores I bore and bush them back to the original size.
For large pieces you use a line boring machine or rig something similar up to line bore with. I've also used a magnetic drill to ream them out to a larger size.

thanks Old machinist....that's just what i am looking for. at 73 and retired myself i too have the time to tinker with it.

It worked very well when i did it, even better that you have time to tinker with it!
