I have a 2003 553 Bobcat. It's always run very well. It's at just over 1000 hours. The problem has been lately the skidsteer seems to be difficult to turn left. Sometimes it doesn't want to...then sometimes it's fine. The only thing I've not done in a long time is grease the nipple on that side, though I have no idea if this would cause a problem. For some reason you have to take the cab off to get to the grease nipple on that side, where on the right side the nipple is exposed between the two tires. Again this may have no impact in this issue. I also just bought brand new tires too, as the tires were down to absolutely nothing last week. I'm new on this forum and I'm mechanically inclined but I have no idea how these machines work. I'll have to figure it out I guess.
Anyways is there a reason why the machine would have a periodically harder time turning left?
