543b aux hydraulics

I am wondering how to operate my aux hydraulics on my 543b bobcat. I havent hooked any attatchments up to it yet because I'm not sure how it works as there is no toggle on the stick and the sticks only move front to back. Cant move them side to side. Its a old machine 83 I think. Any insight would help!!! Sam

I bet it is still bolted in place.
Lift the cab, the right steering stick (near the control block) will probably have a bolt at the bottom preventing it from moving side to side. Remove it and it should move, activating the hydraulics. They came from the factory that way. If it wasn't needed, they locked it out.
