463f Rear Work Light and Marker Lights Part Numbers

I am looking for part numbers for the original boot and work light, and also wondering if anyone has ever seen someone with the red marker lights that the rear door have holes for...
Any help would be greatly appreciated!

If the rear light is the same as the 453F which I'm pretty sure it is then here is the parts list. My hand written notes are the off the shelf numbers for the bulbs.

The rear lights that go in the door are part of the export light kit for use in Europe where they have turn signals and license plate light. But you may be able to get the lights from a dealer.
