I have an old 463 that I got from a friend. The injectors had been taken by a “mechanic” that was supposed to test them. The hard fuel lines were out of the machine, and the former owner had rebuilt the injection pump. This was the state I received it in.

I found a set of used injectors on eBay (untested) and got the thing to start up but was running rough. Found a cracked head at the exhaust valve counter bore so I replaced head and gasket.

Cleaned everything up pretty well. Replaced crush washers, head shields, etc. with injectors. I just can’t get it to stop leaking fuel. This machine has a 3cyl. Kubota 722. It starts but runs rough and then I see that there are several leaks. Sometimes it’s hard to pinpoint exactly where the leak is coming from but I am assuming it’s from where the fuel line flare meets the injector nozzle // injection pump on other side. I tried to clean these out. I am mostly following torque specs although I don’t have a way to torque the fuel lines. Can these be over tightened and cause issues?

The overflow rail is mounted correctly as far as I can tell (injection pump to the injector near water pump #1, and the return to fuel tank to the #3 nozzle)
Any advice and wisdom would’ be appreciated.
