450 low pressure light is on

I have a case 450 skidsteer. The low pressure switch came on and locked up the wheels. Where is the best place to start to get this thing fixed.

The oil is fine. I purchased the machine 3 months ago and it was to have all the filters changed. I was going to replace the filter to see if that fixed it.
