i change that suction hose, there goes still air.. i take big hose and coupling out drive pump where goes high pressure and when strarting machine oil lost somewhere, i think gear pump little suction hole is connected this?? that explain if drivemotor seal are bad maybe gear pump suck air so far away? if that not correct i dont know what else can do. today i only run machine idle about three times five minutes long.
Try leaving the hyd reservoir cap off or loose in case the vent is plugged.. If it cannot get air when you use the lift it will draw it from somewhere else.

breather is OK and is currently in place .. maybe I'll put everything in place for a few weeks and try to run it if you start to act. although I do not think so. switch to the correct hydraulic oils. and all suction hoses have now been replaced and tightened and the air is still, or maybe it has not yet been eliminated. I put the filter blocks the transparent hose into the tank in order to see when the air passages. there goes a lot of air.

note air in hyd indicated by white foamy oil. also sound like a washining macine full of marbles.
I put a translucent line filter block the tank. there goes a lot of small bubbles, and when turned off the engine, the oil enters the hose into the tank and bigger air bubbles in the hose will also .. I have not yet found a place where the air comes from .. I do not know whether my suction hose big enough?(resevoir to pump) it is a 5/8". I think that the original was bigger.? if somebody know what is correct?

how the cream works? building up the cream of the hole if the leak is found, or how I perceive the suction leak is found? I tried but I could not see anything special. I used the machine four times today, and it seems like the air would have been reduced or eliminated, MAYBE

The cream will temporarily stop the suction leak, you should hear a change in the sound of the pump. it should get quieter.

today i run machine and there are air again. I put shaving cream on the pintal shaft again and air leak are gone.I'm going to do it again tonight to make sure the leak is pintal shaft seal. does anyone know the size of the seal and washer? what kind of seal that is?

go to bobcat.com and you can look at the parts breakdown yourself

I could not find from the data because the skills in the English language is so bad, I need to use the translators, and it is difficult .. but today I bought new seals, in the evening I'll try if the air does not come on, the problem is corrected. old seals looked really bad.

now it works, but the right side of the drive is noisy, and the second cylinder is leaking out. I changed the seals on both cylinders, the other works, but the other is leaking out. I once checked the seal that it is good. if the cylinder is still a little air bubbles will it leak more easily?I'll try tomorrow, still leaking cylinder and change again if the new seal is leaking. which makes the drive motors or drive pump loud? pressure is good and does not leak out? it worked earlier. leftside is good and no any noise.

Air will make the drive motors noisy.
Did you put a seal in the wrong way around on the ram? if the rod was marked, it can leak too.

hydraulic works now. but the shafts are broken off the chain case. does anyone know any more than 12 bolts that hold the axes of the body, and perhaps control valve with 2 bolts and auxiliary hydraulic cable clip can be removed? I need to re-weld the shafts attached to the chain case.

Hi! I have a Bobcat 443 with exactly the same problem, noise from the right engine and the left is okay but everything works slowly and jumpy. And if i turn the machine of i hear a bubbly noise in 5 min. I have checked all houses and new oilfilter, but i can't find anything. Do you know what the problem was? Thanks in advance!
