440B Engine Belt Pulley

I have a bobcat 440B and I replaced the engine with one from Engine Warehouse. The reason I had to change the engine was I had a guy come out and he thought that he would take the old engine all apart for some reason. But the problem is that the old engine was rigged and the pulley is actually welded onto the spindle of the engine. So it was just easier to purchase a new engine and I got some more horse power. But the question is where do I find the pulley for the belt that slide onto the spindle of the engine? I cant find the part number or anything. Hope someone can help me. Are you sure that the pulley is welded to the crank shaft? The original 440B pulley is retained by a bolt that threads into the end of the crank shaft. When you take out the bolt, the pulley and the sleeve that it is supposed to be welded to slides off of the crankshaft. The actual crankshaft, is 1-1/8“ in diameter.
FYI: When I repowered mine, the original pulley did not fit, as my new engine has a 1” OD crankshaft. I used a standard taper-lock industrial pulley:
