Need to replace the full set of hyd hoses on my 440b. Split outer jackets, ruptured outer jack, rusted and broken braid stands and of course the puddle in the engine bay. I'm assuming the whole 400 series 443, 453 etc all use the same. Does anyone have a list of the hose sizes, lengths and fittings needed? Including aux hyd. Much easier to pull and replace one after another rather than pull go to hyd shop etc.etc. Don't know exact age yet but based on labels, machine is post Feb 87. 31 years is about 1 too many for this machine.

nothing unique about the hoses for bobcats, take them off and label them, take them to a hydraulic shop and the will replicate them

I don't think there will be a list of hoses out there for this, as already stated, just take them off and get new ones made. Sadly they won't be cheap, so you may want to shop around and tell them how many you are after to get the best possible price.

I piece-meal replaced mine for the first 2-3 hoses that blew. Then I got mad, pulled the engine/pumps, and replaced them all. I just dropped all the nasty hoses off at a hydraulic shop one morning, and picked up the shiny new ones that afternoon. They are all standard sizes and fittings, I believe that I had them use 100R2 hose for all of them (double steel braiding inside). Try to find a shop that makes hoses for OEMs if you can - they will be much cheaper. I think that all of mine cost less than $100. Cheers - SR
