371 hyd check valve

New member here. I recently acquired this 371. Someone started to change the hyd hoses to this check valve and for the life of me I can not make the hoses reconnect in any configuration. Can someone tell me what port goes to where ? I did buy a manual and that made it more confusing. thanks John

The parts book was no help. I was wondering If someone has one they can look at te vale and tell me what numbered ports go to where. Thanks John
