328D hydraulics (?) issue

I’ve never had this happen. Start my unit. Let it warm up. Release parking break. Start walking it ahead. Then the parking break engages and it won’t move. EMU is saying, “Enable Hydraulics”. Tried the park break switch, no luck. Cycled the lap bar, no luck. Anyone know what the issue might be? Thanks.

Track lock solenoid (break lock) find it and inspect the wiring and check for power
