310 won't skid

I am having issues with my 310. It drives just fine but it won't steer well. It doesn't skid very well. I have to go back and forth with the sticks to shimmy it turning.

Have you adjusted the clutches yet? If you get movement when moving both left and right levers one at a time, adjust the clutches. There should be a decal on the side of the chain case to show you how.
