I am working on an old Bobcat 310. It won't lift or tilt. We assume the hydraulic pump is bad. I've tried a few things. 1) took the pump off and ran it with a drill. It would pull fluid out of a 5 gallon bucket. 2) Added a T fitting on the inlet side of the pump and a new rubber line. We used a hand pump to prime and add fluid while trying to raise the arms. The arms would raise as long as we had pressure on the hand pump (slowly). 3) blew air back through the filter and into the storage tank and heard it gurggle. We have concluded the pump is bad since it wouldn't proved pressure even when we primed it. if you have other thoughts let me know before I buy a new pump.
