I removed the pump from the filter housing. With the pump removed, on the top side of the filter housing you will see 2 tubes where fuel flows, an inner tube with an outer tube around it. between the walls of the tubes down in the bottom was gunk that had formed from what seemed to be old filter particles. This stuff had nearly a 95% blockage of the outer port. Its difficult to see at first, as the tube ports are about 2 inches deep from the face of the filter housing. Once I cleaned and re-assembled, machine runs strong. Good luck</p></blockquote><p></p>
