*236b Wipers Not Working*

I have checked the fuse and replaced the WIPER switch. Is there a breaker some where I don't know about? I connected a 9V battery to the motor and it works.

Poor ground, broken wire, bad conecctor.
Take you 12v test light and follow the voltage forward from the switch

Thats all i would do too. Ensure you have power at the switch and if you do, trace it along to the motor.
