2070 bucket moves slow won't lift makes wining noise

been using my 2070 to tear down a building and i got done moving the concrete now it makes a wining noise and the bucket won't lift anything and when it does it moves slow along with the boom. I changed the filters and it was a gallon low on fluid so i added fluid and it still does the same thing?

Could your aux hydraulics be stuck on? it would cause the problems you describe. It will have no lifting power/speed and make a whistling noise.
