Very easy to mess up if your not paying attention. I think I got my assembly instructions off the eaton website. You have to line the geroler up correctly with the opening in the housing. This is what determines the direction. Not terribly hard to do. I put some parts in the freezer which makes assembly a lot easier.</p></blockquote><p></p>
