Hey guys. I’m about to drive myself insane so I was hoping someone here could shed some light.

Back when I bought this machine, something had ripped the lines off of the ac compressor, belt was off and clutch was trashed.

I purchased a new compressor, made some new lines, new drier, expansion valve, heater valve and actuator, ac black box controller and cooling stack cleaned out.

I pulled a vacuum with ac machine for 30 mins, put 2lb of r134a in it, cleaned the ac evaporator with air and water, new filters outside and inside.

Ac works for about 10 mins, until the machine starts getting up to operating temp then it gets warmer and warmer and then eventually hot. The light on the ac controller is still red, liquid line is nice and cold, raise the cab and the coil is cool with water dripping off the coil.

I have smoked the vents, smoked the cab. I am not finding any leaks, I have blocked off the outside vents to force it to recirculate as I do not have a recirculate button and it still doesn’t work. I also blocked the heater hoses with a clamp and still no change. I’m about at my Witt’s end and I cannot figure this out.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

can you tell if the fan is running, it should be multi speed. A friend of mine has a s185 and the fan motor is frozen up and is a real pain to get to. but you have a different machine so hopefully your is easier to get at.
