Hello all, we have a few John Deer machines and we just bought our 3rd 320 but this one we just found out has the EH Joy Stick controls and all my guys including myself HATE the pattern. All our other machines have the traditional hand and foot controls. I guess my question is does anyone else have this and how did you guys get used to it? I'm waiting to hear back from JD because we were under the impression it was equipped with the switchable to the H pattern.

a coupla of days ago I watched a deere sales video and they stated that they were switchable but I do not remember which model it was about.

That's what I thought too, but beware not all are switchable.

Does your machine have a key switch or an SSM (sealed switch module)? If a key switch then you cannot change the pattern. If you have an SSM then the pattern is changed on it (if purchased with that option). It has a picture of a joystick with the letters I, H or F on it.
