2018 T630 Blowing Black Smoke and Hard to Start

Just changed all the filters, had someone do it for me, but now the machine is blowing black smoke and will not start without starting fluid. Not sure where to start. Found the primer blub in a vacuum and collapsed, changed it out, no difference.

Could be dirty fuel in the tank is clogging up the pickup tube. That's what normally collapses the primer bulb.
 
If no check valve, should be able to blow back into tank.
Thinking more about this when I changed the fuel bulb, fuel gravity flow out of the line from the tank. Answers couple of questions. Need to go try and run it again see if bulb collapses again.

There are three different fuel tanks for that model so here is a link to the parts catalog so you can look for a screen / check valve on the end of the pickup tube:

there is a arrow on the primer bulb make sure it is going in the right direction for the fuel flow.

avoid using starting fluid on Bobcats

I would start with pulling the air filters, saw on YouTube a guy forgot to take the plastic wrap off an air filter.
