2017 T550 burning engine oil

Hey guys I have a 2017 t550 I just picked up. This thing is using engin oil like crazy about 1 gal every 8 hours of run time. No visible leaks. I kinda think is getting pulled through the turbo or something. I am not a diesel machine so any help would be appreciated. The machine starts right up so not thinking it's a compression issue or blow by but IDK 1740 hours on the Machine.

My first thought is turbo too, pull the hose between the turbo and intake manifold, if it's oily, your turbo is bad.

If it's leaking, don't keep running it, if it gets bad enough, it can run away and take the engine with it, after it eats all it's engine oil, you will spin all your bearings.
