Crank no start , even after shop diag. I have some codes (but amber) fuel at injector lines. see video....

codes are , 1207 , 1211 , 1212 , 1213 , 3414. the UCM was reflashed to resolve other codes during diagnostics , and was told there were no red codes that should keep engine from starting. Diagnosis was low compression causing no start , and wanted $3K to continue diagnostics. (suggesting valve/rocker issues).
I am now doing my own repair (with any help I can get). I do not have scan tool, but I am mechanically capable. See video for for codes and crank test. feels like no fuel , and not getting any smoke. It will react to a little ether. I have videos of most of my diagnostics. I (and shop) have been through fuses and relays with nothing obvious.

I have found that my noid test light is showing no signal at injectors. I have fuel at injector lines (Not pressure tested). I cannot locate crank sensor to test (Where ?). Also have question on how the glow pug connectors come off ? is there a twist trick or ?
