2016 JCB 260T Open circuit

I have a JCB 260T with a C317 error code which after investigating I found that it is a open circuit at high flow solenoid, Im hoping somone coud direct me to where and how to trouble shoot this problem. For context I opended the operators compartment underneath and found that it was extremely dirty and I cleaned it out but I am not sure where to find the solendoid Please help
