I don't know how they have these systems setup, but i veleive it's all computer controlled, do simply removing it will not be easy.

Check with https://ccdieselperformance.com/ I know they are doing tunes for the Bobcats. Your machine does not have a listing for H4103, however there is a code H4013 that is for Right Joystick Grip No Communication.
