I have a t590 with the doosan engine. It replaced all 4 injectors as I was told that was the issue and then had it reprogrammed and it won't start up. New copper o-rings and old ones were removed. I'm tired of just throwing many at it but I'm not even sure what it could be. Bobcat tech came out said battery was dead and it wouldn't allow machine to speed up enough to hit the 500 rpm to start up and even with new battery and connected to jump box and second skid steer it still won't. I'm stuck and need help.

I would start looking at fuel supply, is bulb pumping up and firm? is there fuel to injector body? if you crack line to injectors does fuel come out when cranking engine?

any smoke when cranking indicating fuel is getting to cylinders

if fuel is on the pressure line on the injector but no smoke when it cranks to me the injectors are not working or blocked, can you pull a injector, crank machine and see if fuel is being delivered?

if when you crank it the injectors fire fuel into the cylinders, if fuel was indeed getting into the cylinders it should try to fire and have smoke from unburnt fuel out the exhaust, I would pull one and see if its spraying fuel as you said there is fuel out of the line to the injector

I wish I could help with your issue. I recall when bobcat stopped with the Kubota engines, the first couple of years with Doosan had fuel problems and you machine is within that time period.
