2013 l230 glow plug circuit

Had codes for glow plug relay and glow plugs would not work so I changed the relay and now I have a code all the time that's 3691 glow relay output open load/short to battery or glow plugs, no load error for low Voltage system.... anyone have any ideas where to look or start?

Check your wire harnesses for shorts.
