Can anyone help me, on how to adjust the steering of bobcat. It (creeps) pulls to the right slightly. I know that theres a allen bolt in the valve where you can adjust the steering, but i dont know exactly how it needs to be done. I was told the bobcat needs to be completely off the ground so wheeels turn freely to be able to adjust. Help!

Your service manual will walk you through it pretty well
It is indeed in the manual. Get the wheels off the ground, then you know when they stop moving.
You adjust one side at a time. Get it right then do the other. Move the steering lever and let it go back to neutral, the wheels must not turn, if they do, start again till it's right.

those allen bolts you speach of are for netrual adjust , if you were to turn them before loosing the bolt which goes thru the pintle arm nothing would happen , but to adjust a hooking while traveling problem you need to adjust the flat bars that are held together with two 3/8 bolts , those bolts will adjust straight tracking and equal out forward and reverse , some people like the machine to be a little faster in forward than in reverse
