Does anyone know why & how all the hydraulic oil is going into the drive chain case, & what needs to be done to repair it?? Thanks

Drive motor seals are leaking. There are plenty of posts on that issue, just do a search.

unless its really leaking bad just plan on doing both sides. Its sometimes hard to tell witch side is leaking
Check or replace your case drain filters too. Excessive back opressure will push oil past the motor carrier seals and into the chaincase. The seal shouldn't actually be part of the drive motor, but it seals the shaft that the drive motors shaft goes into.

Nobody changes there CASE DRAIN filters. But,if you're chain case level is rising. It's a motor carrier seal. If the drive motor case drains plug, it could put pressure on the carrier seal.

FYI. If this is 2speed machine, even more important to change those case drains. The brakes on a 2speed R hyd. so if U lose pressure in the motor, the brakes could drag.
