Hello all:
New to the forum and to skid steers in general. I have a bobcat T300 high flow that I picked up about 6 months ago. A couple weeks ago the bucket started to sag unless I keep pressure back on the foot pedal. The arm lift and the tilt works but seems to have less power. When throttled down and the bucket is lowered in will tilt the bucket down enough to lift the from of the machine even with no pressure on the pedal. When there is weight in the bucket and I tilt it up I can head a hissing sound either coming from the from til cylinder or somewhere under the seat but it’s hard to tell with the engine noises. Not sure if it’s related but the oil pressure light came on around the same time. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

DO you have a leak? Sounds like your hydraulic oil might be low. What code came on? Which oil pressure light? Engine Hydraulic?

I’m not entirely sure if it connected but I lifted the cab and found a connection that was leaking. I attached a picture if that helps at all. I have a very basic unit that does not show the error codes. The light in the second image comes on and flashes which I assume is oil pressure from what I can find online. The hydraulic oil is still full and has not gone down that I can tell. I appreciate the reply and I apologize for my ignorance on these machines. It was not well taken care of before I got it and I’m slowly trying to get it back to good shape again.

Ok if this hose was leaking, you lost then a lot of oil because that is the main supply hose for your control valve.
Go to your LH Panel, when the issue comes on and press and hold your light button for 3 seconds. One or more codes will appear where usually your hours are. It is a code like that 12-34, if you have only one it stays on that code, if you have two or more it rotates. Not all codes and put them in this thread.

Thank you that definitely helps! The only code that came up was 02-16. The leak looks like it has been a slow drip for a while as there is oil all over the under side of the seat and engine compartment under the hose. Could this be the issue or is that a separate issue?

02-16 means that the Sensor wire from the Hydraulic Filter is disconnected or broken off. Maybe even the sensor bad.
The leak causes the hydraulic level to go down and the pump will not get enough oil. The hissing sound came from that and the other problem with the lift/tilt you have to check when you fixed the leak and adjusted the level from the hydraulic oil
