2005 S250 No start

Hello all, working on a 2005 S250. Had a fuel delivery problem, replaced lift pump and primer ball, but now have no cranking. Have a 13-07 code for fuel shut-off solenoid open circuit. Checked it, resistance good on pull and hold. Checked wiring, seems ok. Any thoughts?

Have checked all fuses, all ok. Swapped relays around, no change. Just pulled apart both pos and neg battery terminals to check connections, all ok.

Found the problem! Checked all wiring from fuel shut off solenoid to ECM, all ok. Took shut off solenoid right off the injection pump, and it started, which told me that our shut off solenoid was definetly not turning on. Yet, the wiring was all ok. Called a Bobcat field service tech and he said they have a common problem with the harness where it connects to the shut off solenoid. We took apart the connector and sure enough, the pins were spread and not making full contact! We closed the pins back up, reassembled the connector, and it runs fine now. They do make an updated solenoid that eliminates the bad part of the harness, so it's ordered and will be installed when it arrives.
