2004 bobcat t190. Hydraulic squeal

Hello,

I recently purchased a t190. It's been well cared for. Has 2000 hours on it. Runs great. The issue is that the squeal it makes from just above idel to 3/4 throttle is awful. The guy is got it from says it's always been that way. It has all new oils and filters. Pressure is 3400.
Any ideas?

Whenever I hear "squeal" I think loose or worn v-belt.

If this is the type of "squeal" you are hearing, check your belts and maybe try some belt dressing spray from the auto parts store to see if it helps or not.

Also, a wrong sized V on a v-belt for a pulley can cause issues.

Thanks for that. It seems more of a pump squeal. Like starving for oil.

I think he just sent an audio, it sounds ok to me however I havent worked or run the T190 for 20 years this coming fall, however if the thing creeps then it would make sence to have a little extra noise if setting still, does it make this noise all the time, I know the bobcats sounded different the John Deers and New Hollands we had, and I havent operated a bobcat as a job since 1987.

Tighten the Drive belt Tensioner. The little dial (triangle) should be at 3 oclock when you tighten the tensioner. Use a Pry bar to push the tensioner down and make sure to loose the 9/16 bolt before.
