Just bought a 2003 763. I replaced the glow plugs and machine operated fine for a whole day. Battery crapped out so replaced with new one and again machine operated awesome. Let it sit overnight (its been around 8 degrees the past couple days) and went to go fire it up and when I turn the key on it beeps then the glow plug light starts flashing and I have a 21-03 error code. I can hear the glow plug relay clicking on. What else should I check. Thanks!

The fault code 21-03 indicates that the bobcat controller is not getting a voltage signal on wire 8550 telling it that the glow plug relay has triggered on when commanded. The problem could be a broken 8550 wire, or a faulty relay. Check if the glow plug relay is clicking on when the ignition is turned on. Also, check on the rear side of the fusebox to make sure all connections are plugged in. There is a rubber backing on the rear of the fusebox that you can probably "feel" through.
