I have a 2001 864G with AHC. ( Silver controller). I bought it used a year ago with 2538 hrs, the previous owner had just replaced the AHC controller. Shortly after I had it ( 2 engine hrs) I lost tilt and lift control on the bucket. I troubleshot everything I could find to test and ended up replacing the AHC controller under warranty thru Bobcat. I have since done this 6 times with an average of 2 run hrs per controller. I am told by many the Silver box controllers (# 6676153) have quality issues and most dealers go thru multiple controllers before they get a good one. I am starting to think something might be taking the controller out. Any ideas on what I should test or look into? All voltage tests pass on my controller wiring, I just want to get tis machine reliable where I am not replacing the AHC controller every 2 run hrs.
Any help, thoughts or insight is much appreciated

This is just a guess but a bad grounding can wipe out microprocessors, It causes voltage spikes. I have not seen it on bobcats but with other eq. With that in mind you might want to check out your alternator output voltage.
