2001 773G Turbo - Air conditioning

I have a 2001 773G series Turbo and it has both heat and air. However, the condition of the machine is a bit rough due to rust. It appears the previous owner (one owner machine) may have unpluged the power to the fan or it belw a fuse. How do I find the electrical setup for the interior fan and also, does this machine have a fuse box? I think it just needs to power up the fan and/or add freon and I will be riding in stile.

Fuse box is between your legs when sitting in seat. Retangular cover on flat panel that the steering levers go thru.

It has issues with relay and fuses. Replaced all and it now blows air. Onto why I have no heat and replace filters
