Good Grief. 2001 463 Idler pully shaft bearing self destructed and the shaft nearly wore through the shaft as it dug its way into the mounting bracket. Impossible to service it without engine removal. and the shaft is obsolete. The mounting plate is obsolete as well. May have to fabricate a new bracket and rework the damaged mounting plate. Weather is closing in on the farm and need to repair and re-install engine befor the end of the week. Any suggestions?

myself I would rebuild the mounting plate, turn a new shaft and call it a day, nothing a small machine shop could not do, betting new parts will cost way more
working on mounting plate and mounting bracket for back end of shaft (turns out both are damaged). As for the shaft, if bobcat can't come up with a replacement for the obsolete part, the machine shop option will be the way to go. (hopefully they have a replacement, machine shop lead times around here would put the cat out of service for a couple of weeks). Not enough time before the hard freeze comes in and farm work is stacking up behind this machine. Thanks for the input. Moving forward!
